CLEC Enterprises Inc. was founded in 2015 by Bill Dettmer with the aspiration of providing effective and well taught code enforcement classes. Bill has taught at McHenry County College and Harper College for several years until opening his own education facility partnering with the colleges and recently partnering with Harper College, College of Lake County, Elgin Community College, and Rock Valley College. With a highly trained staff, convenient night classes and easy access to major tollways and expressways, CLEC is an ideal place to secure your certification.
The mission of CLEC Enterprises is to provide quality education to new and existing electricians and municipal inspectors. CLEC works with municipalities to administer high quality inspectors to fill jobs in their respective communities.
The refund process begins after the Refund Policy period is over in the corresponding section. Tuition refund will be issued to eligible students based upon the effective date of withdrawal, which is determined by the date you formally notify the CLEC by withdrawing in person, phone, email or mail. Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal. To receive a full refund, you must withdraw within the second week of class after the course start date. It is your responsibility to be aware of these refund dates. CLEC reserves the right to determine method of refund. If CLEC cancels section, you will receive a full refund.
The following information serves as a guideline:
•Students may retake the class for a discounted rate only if they join the following semester and also up to instructor’s discretion.
